Welcome to Vintage Wine Recipes! Being a wine enthusiast, I tend to add wine to everything I cook. I find that adding a splash of wine to a recipe can deepen the flavors and add a tanginess or complexity to a dish that wouldn’t otherwise exist.

I am also a passionate traveler, and my culinary journey has been deeply influenced by the people and places I visit. I spent over a decade traveling and working abroad, living everywhere from Bayonne to Beirut. Whenever I travel, I hunt down old cookbooks in search of traditional recipes that include wine.
